What is it all about?
Since 2020, SBTB has been produced by Konfy, an all-women tech company creating events with love by developers for developers. Prioritizing diversity at our conference is central to our values. But diversity and inclusion shouldn't be limited only to speakers, so we're pushing boundaries to amplify diversity amongst our attendees.​

While we're proud of our achievements in cultivating an increasingly diverse audience year after year, we recognize the importance of accelerating our efforts in this direction.
To underscore our commitment, we're offering free tickets to individuals from underrepresented groups within tech and open source sectors. These groups consist of but aren't limited to, women, people of color, individuals with disabilities, ethnic minorities, members of the LGBTQIA community, and many more.
​Our aim is to ensure that those who might not usually have the opportunity to attend the Scale by the Bay conference can be present and contribute to our rich tapestry of ideas and innovation.
